Two Years After Pelican Bay Hunger Strike, What's Changed for People Inside the Prison?

People inside the Pelican Bay State Prison's security housing unit say they remain locked in their cells for at least 23 hours per day, despite the supposed implementation of reforms over the past few years. After hunger strikes in 2011 and 2013, prisoners and their families continue to protest solitary confinement.
