BREAKING: House grants Obama Fast-Track Authority

The House revived President Barack Obama's trade agenda Thursday, voting 218-208 to again grant him fast-track authority to complete the dozen-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership. The bill now moves to the Senate, where Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) has vowed it will pass.

The vote came less than a week after Democratic opposition sidelined Obama's trade initiative, his top economic priority.
